Navy centric

Does this have to be so Naval-centric? Don't these terms have to do with maritime commerce, rescue, coast guard opetations, etc? Maybe "brown water", etc, are strictly navy terms, but "maritime geography" shouldn't be..45Colt 01:29, 18 January 2016 (UTC) .45Colt 01:29, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Define the topic please

As it stands, the article completely fails to explain what it is supposed to be about. There is no definition of the topic or indication of its scope. I would fix it if I could find a source, but so far nothing. It is useless to the reader. · · · Peter (Southwood) ^(talk): 17:50, 8 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
