I am unsure where 2nd and 3rd demarcate and because of such have not seperated them.. It may be an important point because of treatment.. will have to look into it. I'll be working on this page this week. dk

No Lymphogranuloma Inguinale

Lymphogranuloma inguinale (donovanosis) is caused by Klebsiella granulomatis, NOT Chlamydia trachomatis. This is different from lymphogranuloma venereum, which is caused by C. trachomatis. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.84.186.238 (talk) 22:27, 9 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Distinction between LGV and Chlamydia

I know that Lymphogranuloma venerum and Chlamydia are different presentations, but they are both caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. If I remember right it is a different serotype, but this is not clear in the article. I was wondering if someone who new the topic better could flesh out that part of the article.
