Causes

The section "Causes" ends with advice to see a pediatrician. Shouldn't this be a cardiologist? --Crusio (talk) 15:18, 8 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathies can lead to heart failure, regardless if the patient is taken to a cardiologist (or pediatrician). I removed that part of the sentence. Good catch. MoodyGroove (talk) 18:57, 8 June 2008 (UTC)MoodyGroove[reply]

Scope of the article

This was very helpful in my research regarding my personal health and I navigated the information without difficulty. It helped me find and connect dots that all relate and will be helpful in my next conversation with my medical team. Thank you for posting this. 2605:6000:368D:B300:C96:A53:1D00:775E (talk) 00:03, 1 February 2018 (UTC)Heather Jan31,2018[reply]

Illustration should have some more explanation

I think the main illustration should have a bit more text/explanation. For example, it is hard for people who are not experts (such as me) to know which part of the illustration is the left ventricle (I think its on the right). A picture of a normal heart, for comparison, would be very useful.Woood (talk) 01:38, 26 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
