Jack Carroll appeared on Britain's Got Talent The Champions in 2019. I don't know the exact date, but I have seen it in the Talent Recap Youtube channel, as part of the compilation, Kid Contestants Who CAME BACK All Grown Up On AGT and BGT Champions!, from 23 Dec 2020.
