Proposed Amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005)

Hi, I'm new here, so please be gentle if I say something silly. But - I'm surprised there is no talk about the proposed amendments, given that from what I have heard they will be substantially changing the WHO's powers.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lyeO9IqJzc The extension of the mechanism for self-authorization of the WHO opens the door to a potential abuse of power, allowing the declaration of a global emergency without any real reason or justification.
