Neutrality/style of the article

This article reads like an opinion piece, and if the above talk page message is accurate, there may have been a bias driving the article's creation. I do not deny the notability of this topic, for it's clear there's a trove of third-party sources that have covered this. However, I strongly believe this article needs a polishing from head to toe so it can adhere to WP:NPOV. If not, I'm going to have to look into which COVID-19 article this topic can be successfully merged into. Hello! I noticed that you mentioned LA County shutting down non-essential businesses. From what dates did this occur and is it still happening right now? Since the pandemic is ongoing, I think adding the dates would be helpful to create a better timeline and make the article more cohesive. Good start! Vanchu22 (talk) 20:02, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
