"Presence of one of these reagents after application of chromagen represents indicates a positive stain. What is this supposed to mean? Can you fix that?

This article should be merged with Immunohistochemistry. From a technical perspective, the two procedures are virtually identical except for sample preparation. Permeabilization is also more critical in ICC vs. IHC, but by and large, the two only differ in minor details.

Also the chemistry stub should be removed. If anything, immunocytochemistry is more closely related to biochemistry and molecular biology than it is to chemistry.

Clean Up Needed!

Yes, this article definitely needs an extensive clean up. I've just given it a quick rough edit to take out any glaring errors. This way, anyone stumbling on the page won't get treated to too much inaccurate info. However, this is only a temporary solution. Also, let's make a decision on the proposed merge. Detailed protocol
