Why is more info about IRGM is available on the more general page about IRGs than here?

On the page IRGs - IRGs and Humans there is more information about IRGM than on this specific page. This is opposite to the tradition of having summarized information on a more general page and more detailed on the specific page. The general page usually has a link to the specific page, but in this case it links externally.
