healthcare associated pneumonia concept

I changed the definition and causes of healthcare associated pneumonia on the article on 01.18.2014. Studies on pneumonia bacteriology in patients with frequent contact with healthcare (nursing home, dialysis, prior hospitalization) have shown different data. The data on microbiology diverts substantially according with type of publication and country of origin, It may reflect changes in the patient population, comorbidities, age groups or how the data was acquired.
