Merger proposal Suggestion

I propose that the new article Nkx2-5 gene (April 2015) be merged into this article Homeobox protein Nkx-2.5. The article Homeobox protein Nkx-2.5 is currently a redirect from NKX2-5 (gene). The source article of the merge contains additional information and references, but based on the technical nature, the need for context to fully understand it, and the overlap with this article, I believe a merge is better than both a standalone article and a deletion/redirect. ← scribbleink ^talk 16:35, 15 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
