Prognosis: CNS Involvement?

What, pray tell, is "CNS involvement"? The abbreviation appears only once in the article, but is never defined. It would be considerably more helpful to know what "CNS" stands for. (Apologies if I'm doing this wrong -- it's been a long time since I've used a talk page, or edited actively.)
