Old hectograph

Encyclopaedic Tone

This really needs a big clean up to make it more encyclopaedic in tone - I just removed an exclamation mark, but there is a bunch more re-writing that needs doing... and some of the refs are just to YouTube videos.

Agreed. It's dreadful. I'd have an excellent scheme for rewriting it, but the margins on the edges of my days are too small. Snezzy (talk) 12:41, 28 July 2014 (UTC)

Hectograph

School teacher mom would bring home some papers that duplicate and we would sit there duplicating by use of this purple gel. Now there's a memory! whoEhuey (talk) 18:15, 8 December 2019 (UTC)

Current Uses

Almost all the content in the Current Uses section refers to variations of the monoprint process. The hectograph is a true printing process that produces multiple copies of the original. IMO most of this section should be deleted. Kbk (talk) 17:11, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
