Quote from LATimes review

User:Bennv3771: I restored the quote removed from the reception section. While the quote isn't absolutely necessary for reader comprehension, it seems no less necessary than any quoted text in that section. The reviewer names Grapes of Wrath as an example of the rural "hagiography" mentioned in the review, and she is far from the only one to contrast Heartland with J. D. Vance's book either. Did you feel the length of the quote was an issue? In sum, I think the section can work without the quote, but I think the quote enhances it. I welcome your thoughts and other editors'.--MattMauler (talk) 13:23, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@MattMauler: My issue wasn't so much with that particular quote, but rather with the entire section being overquoted. Bennv3771 (talk) 13:33, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Some of these quotes can be replaced with original prose in my opinion. But I also don't feel strongly enough about this to bother summarizing/paraphrasing them myself. So I'm fine with leaving them as they are. Bennv3771 (talk) 13:38, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
