Scarf colours

I upgraded this article in the importance scale of the WikiProject University of Oxford to conform with the importance of other colleges.

Copying from GTC website

I've knocked out all the HTML markup; some I have replaced by Wikicode, but most was totally unnecessary. Fixed some redlinks too, and replaced a few curly apostrophes (‘’) with straight ones ('). --Redrose64 (talk) 19:26, 3 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
