fpa

This article's title is incorrect because the organisation's name is "fpa", not "The Family Planning Association". It doesn't officially stand for anything. Any objections to a move? The Wednesday Island (talk) 12:47, 5 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the move is a good idea - mostly because links to the page are more likely to be understandable if under the spelled out name. fpa is only a useful name if you know what the organization is already. If you see it in a listing in another article, Family Planning Association tells you something about what the article is about, fpa doesn't. Given that the organization's website seems to indicate that they still use both names (e.g. their charity registration seems to be under the name Family Planning Association), think better to leave as is. (A redirect from fpa would make sense though.) Zodon (talk) 02:34, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
