Not a medic, so I am unwilling to make this change myself - but is that picture really an eschar? That looks like (and in fact says) it is just a normal scab. Eschar might an etymology of scab, but they're two quite different things... If this is true this is especially misleading as that photo is also the top Google Image Search result for "eschar".80.195.177.186 (talk) 15:57, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]


In the first paragraph, should not "exposure to cutaneous anthrax" just be "cutaneous anthrax"? The wikipedia page for Anthrax says Cutaneous Anthrax is a condition, hence one is not "exposed to" a condition, but "contracts" it or "has" it. Piojo (talk) 08:18, 6 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
