Molecular biology

The statement "and has 34 exons interrupted by almost 700 introns" doesn't make sense. The gene is composed of exons separated by introns, so a gene with 34 exons must have 33 introns. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Drtomconway (talkcontribs) 04:28, 21 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
