Certificated

I believe the correct word is certificated, i.e. a type certificate was issued, when referring to the FAA signing off on a commercial aircraft design.Es330td (talk) 21:39, 13 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Americans say "certificated" whereas most other English-speaking countries say "certified". - Ahunt (talk) 22:08, 13 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
