Talk:Cincinnati Prehospital Stroke Scale

Why

Why is it the cincinnati scale? I thought that the verbal test was to get the patient to say "the ski is blue in cincinnati" and that was why it was called what it is. Otherwise, I think it should be called the prehospital stroke scale. I'm not going to change the article, since I have only a passing familiarity with this, It was mentioned in our training, but I've never used it. If I'm wrong, sorry for wasting y'alls time.

Most such things with similar names are named after the place that developed the test, so I assume that this scale was developed in Cincinnati. WhatamIdoing (talk) 19:16, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
