Comment

I disagree that this article is written like a personal reflection or essay rather than an encyclopedic description of the subject. The author has clearly documented her sources which are either government-sponsored or from peer-reviewed journals. Can you please give examples of which sections read like a personal reflection and/or examples of how to "fix" this article so that it reads more like an encyclopedia? Thanks!
