Fluency of article
The list of causes for cherry red spots reads okay until you reach lysosomal storage disorders. I mean, you can't list Hurlers, then separately list MPS again; NPD, Tay Sachs and then round it off by saying that all storage disorders show them anyway. Which is, incidentally, not true. I am inclined to edit that straight out, but would be nice if someone would concur with, or correct, me. I'm also unable to check if Gaucher's shows them. Any help?

I concur that only Tay-Sachs and Niemann-Pick show the cherry red spots, based on First Aid for the USMLE 2010. I don't see mention of them for Hurler's syndrome: only corneal clouding. Same source doesn't say anything for Gaucher's.

Fenichel's Clinical Pediatric Neurology: A Signs and Symptoms Approach, 2013, says "The absence of mucopolysacchariduria and the presence of a cherry-red spot distinguish infantile GM1 gangliosidosis from Hurler syndrome" (page 127).
