Seriously? "A fox hunter is a hunter who specializes in hunting foxes"?

"Central nervous system cavernous hemangioma is a cavernous hemangioma that arises in the central nervous system (CNS)."

I realize this is a statement that makes clear how to parse that five-word phrase, but it makes the article start out on a poorly phrased note. My mom always said you don't define a word by itself ("a farmer is a person who farms" is of little use to those with even a mild understanding of English). The first line of an article should be enlightening in and of itself; it should be the basic information, not something you have to get past to get to the information, and reflecting the definition back on the very words that form the original searched-for term does nothing short of making us look like idiots.
