I have no idea how to format this, so I'll leave it to the experts.

The scale is my own conglomeration of the scale as presented in the following 2 papers:

Its an assessment scale used to assess hepatotoxicity. The papers I referenced discuss the scale, but do not claim to have made it up. It is widely used. Anyone working in an emergency department or GI clinic would have access to it.
