Grading: sum of percentages

In Army Alpha#Grading, the percentages add to 87% to 93% allowing for the three values given as ranges. Does the missing 13% to 7% represent men rejected for medical and other reasons not related to intelligence, or what? Anthony Appleyard (talk) 08:42, 30 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
