Does somebody know if a FLAP inhibitor means the same thing as a 5-LOX inhibitor?

Omega-3 fatty acids

   Curcumin[1]
   Hyperforin[2][3][4] (potent inhibitor)
   Meclofenamate sodium[1]
   St John's wort[2][3][4] (potent inhibitor)
   Zileuton[1][5] (selective inhibitor)

adverse effects vary by drug/compound. Completely inhibiting only this enzyme has negligible adverse effects.
No. Taking two enzyme inhibitors simply further inhibits the enzyme.
