Deletion

Everything is cited with press releases. The mover of the day citation was for a quote. I am currently adding more exterior references. ObtundTalk 00:02, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is that almost every reference given is a press release. These are primary sources and do not help to show notability. noq (talk) 08:57, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Half the references are not press releases and secondly look at GlaxoSmithKline's page they also have executives, every page has them. ObtundTalk 15:21, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Not every page has them. None of them appear to be notable so why list them? As for the references,
  1. Redorbit is from prnewswire - a press release.
  2. A ref from the company website "Amarin announces" is a press release.
  3. The Reuters one starts Amarin Corp said - sounds like a press release to me.
  4. The Marine3 announcement on the company website is a press release.
  5. Same for the Anchor announcement.
  6. And the last announcement from the company website. So 6 out of 9 are obvious press releases. noq (talk) 16:10, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Ehh there are only three. ObtundTalk 16:19, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I have reformatted the list above to make it clearer and include a count. noq (talk) 16:41, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I see you have again removed the tags asserting that there are sufficient references and notability has been shown. Unfortunately as shown above, your references are mostly not reliable so we need better references - so the ref improve tag is certainly relevant. Due to the above problem, notability has not been established and the notability tag is relevant. Having those tags in will help to improve the article as it will attract other editors - removing them without addressing the issues will do nothing to improve the article. noq (talk) 08:41, 29 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Notable due to off-label dispute with FDA

if not before. Taking the liberty of removing the notability tag. (I have no COI here) - Rod57 (talk) 13:28, 9 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

“Stock soared”

I’m deleting the line about the “stock soaring in response to”, as it reads like a press release and is not found in other wiki articles about drugs. Genetikbliss (talk) 00:51, 18 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
