Updates to URLs in references I have updates to the URLs in the references of this article. I work at American Academy of Family Physicians, or I'd make the changes myself.

  1. Reference 1 should be changed from http://www.aafp.org/online/en/home/cme/aafpcourses/clinicalcourses/also/aboutalso.html to http://www.aafp.org/cme/cme-topic/maternity/also.html
  2. Reference 2 should be changed from http://www.also.net.au/whatis.html to http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7710498
  3. Reference 3 should be updated from http://www.also.net.au/whatis.html to either http://www.familymedicine.umn.edu/education-training/courses/advanced-life-support-obstetrics and/or http://www.aafp.org/cme/cme-topic/maternity/also.html
