Junhuang815 (talk) 15:36, 23 October 2019 (UTC)The definition of adipogenesis is not accurate. Adipogenesis actually includes two phases. The first one is determination which is the process that mesenchymal stem cells committing to the pre-adipocytes. The second phase is terminal differentiation which is well studied. The current page refers adipogenesis to the differentiation phase.[reply]

Differentiation is a complex process involved a transcriptional network which is not mentioned in the current page. PPARgamma and CEBP family are the main regulator of differentiation. They are not mentioned as well. The current page talks about the hormones can regulate differentiation but it doesn’t go through how they regulate. Besides, other factors also regulate differentiation. The current page includes 3 sections, introduction, models of different differentiation and hormonal regulation. I will add section determination and differentiation after introduction and focus on the differentiation. Therefore, in the differentiation, I will add a section called transcriptional regulation in the differentiation. In this section I will talk about 2 important transcription factors, and PPARgamma and CEBP family and the complex transcriptional cascade. I will also add section regulation in the differentiation. In the regulation, I will expand hormonal regulation and talk about other factors like wnt signaling. I will put the current section models of different differentiation under the differentiation.
