"Active users" bug fix

The report on the fix to the "active users" count has it backwards. The count used to exclude a lot of users for reasons I don't fully understand, but now includes them (hence the count has increased by a factor of 15!). PaddyLeahy (talk) 08:26, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
