Improved appearance on mobile devices

Recently I have made a number of technical changes to this WikiProject to make it, and especially the front page, display better on mobile devices. Please let me know if you encounter any display issues. Stefen Towers among the rest! GabGruntwerk 16:25, 14 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

New category for Project Articles Needing Action

Located on the front page, our Project Articles Needing Action box now has a new category for articles that need special attention: "Popular with Old Issues". These are well-viewed articles which have old cleanup issues (from 2013 or earlier). They are ordered by the previous month's views, descending. These are revised as cleanup issues are addressed or the popularity statistics change. Please let me know if you have any questions. Stefen Towers among the rest! Two more features, thanks to database reports

Thanks to the {{Database report}} tool, I have developed two more features for this project:

  1. Nursery, a list of WikiProject Louisville's 100 newest articles. Use this list to see if project-included articles newest to Wikipedia need cleanup, tagging or improved categorization.
  2. MostVolatile, a list of WikiProject Louisville's 100 most volatile articles (by size) in the past 30 days. This list can be used as another approach for Change Patrol, to monitor major changes taking place size-wise.

These are linked from our navigation banner. Enjoy. Stefen Towers among the rest! GabGruntwerk 18:49, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hundreds of project articles with old issues

Currently 434 of our articles (6.2% of the total) have old cleanup issues (from 2013 and earlier). Since this can be considered a backlog, I'm going to add this to our project alerts. Everyone reading please feel free to help whittle this number down by addressing the issues. Stefen Towers among the rest! GabGruntwerk 22:11, 1 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks to everyone fixing issues in our articles!

For the first time since March, the total number of cleanup issues is below 3,300.Thanks to everyone who has addressed issues in project-included articles! Stefen Towers among the rest! GabGruntwerk 02:03, 3 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
