Use of archival tags after keep/delete decision

Unlike other deletion debates, such as WP:AFD, IFDs are not currently utilizing archival tags when closing a debate. I think the use of archival tags should implemented here on IFD. I have created a tag that could be used: Template:Ifd top would be used at the top of a debate and Template:Afd bottom Template:Ifd bottom would be placed at the bottom. Looking for a few opinions before I add this to the project page. --24fan24 (talk) 22:27, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

An archive template would be a good idea. For consistency, the bottom one should be called Template:Ifd bottom (which already exists, strangely) but could be a redirect to AFD bottom or something else. --kingboyk 16:38, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I actually meant to use Template:Ifd bottom, Afd bottom was a typo. --24fan24 (talk) 16:51, 12 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
