Please don't delete, can you remove the schedule for deletion. We are just new to Wikipedia and don't know these rules. We will remove all these kinds of advertising and make the article shorter in general, let us fix it. We will do some edits, please have a check after. Thanks in advance. Nikki38394724 the article will be discussed normally for a period of roughly seven days, perhaps longer. You can improve the article during that time. As it has been tagged for being written like an advertisement, and for lacking sources, since November 2012, with clear links to the relevant guideline and policy pages, there has been more than time enough for this article to be fixed. If you want the artifcle to remain on Wikipedia, by far the most important and urgent thing is to find independent and reliable sources that discuss the school in some detail. Unless such sources are found and cited in the article, or at least listed in the deletion discussion, I am confident that the article will be deleted. The second most important thing is to rewrite to remove promotional language and base the content solidly on what the independent sources say. Note that "independent" means not affiliated with the school in any way, not employees, not the school's web site, not business partners, not stories based on press releases. Note that "reliable" means no blogs, no user comments or open web fora, no fan sites, no personal sites. It means publications that have a reputation for quality and reliability, such as major newspapers and magazine, or books published by major publishers. I hope this is clear. Thanks for the infos, that doesn't sound good about you being confident it will be deleted. We will try fast to improve everything and add citations and hopefully it isn't deleted after all. We cannot cite our own website? Another fashion school also cites their website: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Istituto_Marangoni#cite_note-marangoni-1 We are not a company with 2 people, we are an established fashion school. We have already removed everything promotional, and as mentioned, we will try and cite it where needed. Doesn't make a difference, cannot be remove from scheduled for deletion?? Best regards, IFA Paris. Nikki38394724 (talk) 02:35, 7 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Nikki38394724, the school's website can be cited for uncontroversial facts, such as the date it was founded, its location, and the list of programs or courses it offers. But since this is merely the school talking about itself, it doesn't provide any evidence for notability. Nor do press releases. What is needed is multiple independent sources with a reputation for accuracy that discuss the school in some detail, at least several paragraphs about the school. Facts mentioned by such sources should then be included in the article cited to the sources. Don't worry about what another school's article might have done, as per WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS that may merely mean that the other article is also in need of improvement or deletion.
