How to create this article within policy

Afbell has asked how s/he can get this article created within the guidelines and policies here. I told them to hold the discussion here, and I'm pinging everyone involved in the various discussions about the topic.@Eostrix, Alexandermcnabb, JBchrch, Auric, Bbb23, RickinBaltimore, CactusWriter, Polarscribe, Razer2115, Winged Blades of Godric, Duffbeerforme, Calton, and Deor:. ···日本穣 · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WP Japan! 16:06, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Nihonjoe, well, they could start by not obviously gaming autoconfirmed to avoid having a draft reviewed, then try actually reading our paid-editing policy, properly indicate their connection to Doctors Academy Group of Whatever, and then perhaps submit the article through AfD (and be aware that even if they follow those rules the article might still be rejected as non-notable). You know, basically the same advice any misguided paid editor should read. GeneralNotability (talk) 02:13, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@GeneralNotability: Yes, I know that, but to many people, the systems and procedures here are arcane and very difficult to figure out. So, let's can the snark and see what we can do to help them. So far, they've been pretty reasonable with me. ···日本穣 · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WP Japan! 15:56, 10 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Nihonjoe, gaming AC doesn't suggest "unaware of policy" to me. At the very least, it suggests "took the time to read some crappy 'how to make a Wikipedia page about your company' blog post". GeneralNotability (talk) 19:52, 10 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
It's possible. Then again, the various accounts creating the various articles may be different people. Since they were created across a lengthy time, it's difficult to know. ···日本穣 · 投稿 · Talk to Nihonjoe · Join WP Japan! 19:55, 10 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
