I'm shocked that Wikipedia is considering deleting the Alliance of Women Directors page. This is one of the most notable organizations of specifically Women Directors in the nation. The organizations boasts high profile Women Directors, and its membership numbers are rapidly growing. To call it irrelevant is insulting and unaware. - — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martydirects (talkcontribs) 12:03, 20 March 2015 (UTC+9)

As far as I can tell, nobody has been inferring that the AWD is irrelevant, that is does not do good things, or that any of the members of the AWD are not prominent and accomplished directors. The discussion is whether the organization meets "Wikipedia's guidelines for organizations and companies" or Wikipedia's General notability guidelines. If you are aware of independent reliable sources which help establish the notability of organization per these guidelines, then please post them here. If they can be used, other editors will definitely use them. - Marchjuly (talk) 04:51, 20 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
