Better judgement

Please exercise better judgement than you did here. If you bothered to read the content linked in the article, you would have noticed that there is a very obvious discrepancy in the Kabali box office figures reported by various outlets, and no singular entity has the "correct" information. Better judgment on sources

Hi there, re: this, please exercise better judgment when you pick references. While India Today is typically considered a reliable source, in this instance, they are clearly just regurgitating information they have sloppily found on Twitter. They cite an unknown source "BoxOffice India & Intl", which I'm sure you've never heard of, who runs a broken website on a free hosting platform. That hardly meets the standards of a mainstream source with an established reputation for fact-checking and accuracy. Consider this your last warning on submitting garbage references. this, which is cited to [2]. Go to WP:ICTF#Guidelines on sources. If you pick anything other than one of those, or any source that is a non-major source, your editing privileges will be revoked.
