If I can add one further comment that I didnt say on your talk Yomangani - I just wanted to point out that, while you argue in the section 'What not to do with redlinks' that its not good to create a redirect/stub - sometimes a redirect is whats needed, and sometimes theres just not enough information anywhere to create anything but a stub, so wouldnt you say something is better than nothing?
