How to cite references

Hi, I've undone your additions to flying and gliding animals as the changes were all unsourced. Please note that Verifiability is a vital pillar of Wikipedia, as it will be in anything else you publish. Please practice adding references using the 'cite journal' template on your own user talk page or sandbox: your class tutor should be able to help you with this: you can also read other science articles and see how they are constructed, or ask me if you like. Here's one:
