Article on William O'Connell (actor) being proposed for deletion

You made an edit at William O'Connell (actor) that indicated you were in touch, by email, with the subject of the article, which has been proposed for deletion. Perhaps you might be interested in, and capable of, supplying reliably sourced biographical information that the article currently lacks, such as newspaper or magazine articles that aren't necessarily online, and thus not easily detectable via online searches. See Talk:William O'Connell (actor). Dhtwiki (talk) 11:09, 14 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

John Howland (Mayflower)

The Wikipedia article for my ancestor, John Howland (passenger on the Mayflower) shows at the beginning a birth date as January 16, 1601. However, later in the article under "English origins" it states he was born around 1592. this latter date matches various genealogical sources I have seen. When I clicked on the Edit indicator a different format appeared, not the full article. This correction needs to be made. I hope someone can proceed with this or assist me in doing so. The website, pilgrimjohnhowlandsociety.org, shows up front his birthdate as 1592/93. William J. Pease.

I just made a correction. The birth date had been changed recently, without explanation, and then one date further copy-edited at some even more recent point. Dhtwiki (talk) 05:23, 29 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
