As above, so below. And thank you for indeffing User:Dangled10. I had a feeling we hadn't heard the last of them and they tried to hack my account in addition to vandalizing my userpage. IP vandal 72.138.20.110 needs global block

Thanks for blocking that IP. I noticed on their talk page that another user noticed they were vandalizing Wikidata in Feb. 2020. In light of their history, I suggest that 72.138.20.110 should be globally blocked to prevent them from simply going after the next piece of low-hanging Internet fruit on Wikipedia.--Quisqualis (talk) 20:44, 12 December 2020 (UTC)

Reopen the page titled 'Khushali Kumar'

Hi Widr,

Back in 2016, you had enabled a deletion on the page 'Khushali Kumar' because a few Wikipedia guidelines weren't followed. I wanted to know if there is a possibility of opening it up again so that we can create that page keeping in mind all the guidelines and reference links needed to make the information reliable.

Comparing their "arguably"-edits [2] and [3] and their ip-location, it's clear that 82.132.214.39 was block evading. A question relating to a block

There's an unblock request at UTRS for Wikipdia special chief editor, aka Tictok Jones brother. You blocked both those accounts, and also Tictok the mom. Wikipdia special chief editor admits to being Tictok Jones brother, but claims that Tictok the mom was "someone with the same IP address". I am unconvinced: it looks to me like classic good hand/bad hand sockpuppetry, and the similarity of user names clearly indicates a closer connection than just "someone with the same IP address". I therefore have no intention of accepting the unblock request, at least not unless they can come up with a far better explanation. However, it isn't obvious to me that there's any good reason for the unblock request to be made on UTRS, rather than on-wiki, where it is visible to everyone, which is much better unless there are strong reasons for keeping it off the talk page. I am wondering why you removed talk page access. There have been only three talk page edits of any kind from the accounts, and although those three edits were not constructive, they were not the kind of serious abuse of talk page access that normally warrants removing that access. Having said that, you may have a good reason for that action, not obvious to me; if so then I will be grateful if you let me know. Otherwise, would you object to restoring talk page access so that an unblock request can be made there? JBW (talk) 22:50, 6 February 2021 (UTC)

It was most likely triggered by a report to AIV. There's been quite a lot of vandalism and previous blocks, but you can of course unblock now if you think it's for the best. Widr (talk) 06:11, 5 March 2021 (UTC)
