Request reason:
Every time someone complains about SOMEONE ELSE WHO CANNOT POSSIBLY BE ME, this person blocks me. What did I do that was disruptive?! I got blocked until the 21st (not coincidentally, when the discussion about portals and projects on the Current Events page were going on) then I came back and it was fine and I MADE NO EDITS EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE OF GRAMMATICAL FIXES and this person BLOCKED ME INDEFINITELY. They are CLEARLY stalking me and near as I can tell they don't have access to the usage section of things so how is it I made ONE edit to a gas station 'eatery' that hadn't been edited in YEARS (note, this, as far as I can tell, is what initially incensed someone calling themselves 'CLCStudent' and got 'Widr' to literally hound me and block every IP range I EVER LOGGED INTO although near as I can tell he/she doesn't have access to that administratively; why? how?!) and this person miraculously knew I had? That stretches credibility. EVEN WHEN I TRY TO MAKE SMALL CHANGES LIKE CHANGING a "TO" in the date of birth to date of death TO COMPLY WITH STANDARD WIKIPEDIA FORMATTING it gets reverted, GENERALLY BY THE SAME PEOPLE. I AM BEING TARGETED. THIS IS WRONG. An indefinite block of the entire New York Public Library Science and Business library, and half of the other places in the vicinity of it, too! Not just my user account. This is messed up. What's more, I had an initial 'ban' until the 21st; He removed the PREVIOUS 'expires on December 21' to a PERMANENT, then removed any evidence that it had been time-limited (which was already, what, 3 weeks? I HAVE SCREENSHOTS). WHAT IS DISRUPTIVE ABOUT ADDING A DASH AND REMOVING A 'TO' OR ADDING DATES OF BIRTH AND DEATH TO WIKIPEDIA?! You CANNOT DO THAT. THIS IS WRONG. It's evil. Your reply makes no mention of the fact that I DID NOTHING AFTER THAT UNBLOCK that would cause me to suddenly get a new block with a 'vote' that 'supposedly' had nothing to do with me but hey, if you want every country to block your incoherent bullshit, go for it. Your reply makes no mention of the fact that this person reblocked me BECAUSE TWO OTHER PEOPLE WERE MAKING EDITS NOT ME, NOT EVEN IN MY STATE (one in Jersey, one in Frisco Texas (Jamba Juice, anyone?). IT IS A PUBLIC LIBRARY. You're SICK. Stop calling me the histrionic person and look at your own behavior. I acted respectfully and waited for three weeks for the block to unblock then it was changed to an INDEFINITE PERMANENT BLOCK for no reason. Again, I have screenshots and proof it was the 21st before, and YOU CHANGED IT WITH NO REASON GIVEN AT ALL, WHATSOEVER. I DID NOTHING. NOTHING TO WARRANT THIS. How about a real reply instead of a schizophrenic response that had nothing to do with me. I have a right to be pissed. You're HARASSING me. PS: I'd love to go to a 'happy place'. Know of any that won't don't read 'unblock' as 'use blocked' or be judgmental against me because I'm not referring to a deep south type of food in my user name? I'd be happy to change it to PoopingFriedChicken if you'll stop harassing me. Because that also looks uncivil. But we can do this forever if you don't. Thanks!

If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should read the guide to appealing blocks, then contact administrators by submitting a request to the Unblock Ticket Request System. If the block is a CheckUser or Oversight block, was made by the Arbitration Committee or to enforce an arbitration decision (arbitration enforcement), or is unsuitable for public discussion, you should appeal to the Arbitration Committee.
