Review of Starburst Region Article
So, far the article looks pretty good (I'm reading what you have on your sandbox). In terms of structuring, I would put all of the definition sort of sentences up at the top in the intro to give a general definition of what exactly a Starburst region is. For example, instead of jumping straight into an example of a starburst region (NGC 6334), it might be a good idea to put your point about redshifts first. After that, you could add a bit more general information about the regions or put in some typical properties of starburst regions, such as how large they are, how many stars form per year or Myr, what types of stars usually form in these regions, etc. These properties could also be their own section if there are enough. After all of that general info, I would then recommend putting in a new section with the examples about specific regions and people's work (you could also try to find pictures of the regions you talk about, but not totally necessary). In terms of citing sources, I'm not sure that it is needed to say "...according to Sparke and Gallagher" or something similar since you have the reference just below the article. I also noticed that you have Sparke and Gallagher listed twice in your references. I think there may be an option to reuse citations you've already made, which would clean up your reference list.
