"Blocked for Sockpuppetry" case

Could some administrator please unblock me? My reasons are after all valid, and I don't agree that I should be punished for someone else's crime. Besides, the other people who did the actual sockpuppetry haven't even been warned by the community, let alone been blocked. I can even give you their user IDs or our IP addresses. Please respond to this. I have been pleading with administrators for over three weeks now. For more information, please refer to my block log.

--UPDATE-- Thanks a lot, Anthony Bradbury, for giving me a chance to explain. I can honestly agree that I created the page Thekambattu. This is not a fictional place; it is where I live(in Salem district, Tamil Nadu, India). There was no vulgar or fictional content in the page. So I see nothing wrong in that particular action. However, I did not create the user ID Djvoldi. This was created by one of my schoolmates, who proceeded to write content that openly abuses me on "Thekambattu". As the school has a computer lab for internet work, and the computers are connected by a local intranet, my IP address is not constant. Thus, when the schoolmate modified the page Thekambattu, the Wikipedia committee immediately assumed that I had created two IDs and was causing trouble, while in truth, the schoolmate was using the computer which I had used earlier(thus our IP addresses were given as the same). Thus, I can further insist that I am innocent of the sockpuppetry case. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.90.99.73 (talk) 02:00, 16 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Thekambattu requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Phileasson (talk) 10:45, 1 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked for sockpuppetry

Request reason:

My computer is on a private network in a school. Since someone else on this network decided to write vandalising content about me, our entire network has been blocked for Wikipedia editing on the ground of sockpuppetry. I thus request you to unblock this account and all others on this network. I assure you that this act has been taken seriously and action has been taken against the person who wrote the bad content. This will not happen again. As Wikipedia is one of the few websites that we can access, it is really upsetting that even that cannot be edited. Please consider my request and respond to it. If there is anything you want to know about the prank, contact me at my user page. Once again, I assure you that this will not happen again.

Decline reason:

This all may well be true. But, first of all, all that we have seen from this account is the two edits that created this unblock request, and two edits to a deleted hoax article. That's not enough, nowhere near enough in fact, to give us confidence that this account will be used constructively if unblocked. Second, we have no way to confirm that this has happened—presently I don't even know your IP address. — Daniel Case (talk) 18:39, 6 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Is there anything else that can be done or do I have no choice but to give up editing Wikipedia?

Decline reason:

You could give an honest explanation of your relationship to Djvoldi. Bear in mind that you created Thekambattu, and he edited it less than two minutes later.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 18:56, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
