Inappropriate username

Hello Vertebralstapling. Please consider creating a new account that does not resemble so closely the name of the web site vertebralstapling.com. Wikipedia is very sensitive to user names that appear promotional. If you don't change it, the possibility exists that an administrator might block the current name as an inappropriate username.
