Thanks for uploading this image and writing the fair use rationale. The upload menu lead me to believe the image would not be accepted under fair use, as it may still be possible to obtain a free image of her. I had reached out to the NY Senate, a flickr user with photos of her, and Chase Strangio on twitter to see of any of them would CC-license one of their photos, but I haven't heard anything back. Hopefully the copyrighted image can stay, and if it's questioned, we can say we've made reasonable efforts to obtain a free image. —swpb^{T • go beyond • bad idea} 15:13, 2 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Swpb: Thanks! I wasn't sure if the non-replaceable criterion extended to images not yet released under a CC-license that the author might release. I only looked for — and couldn't find — images already released under a CC-license publicly. Re talk page comments, it's sort of a waste of time to reply to diffs that were deleted before someone responded. Per the WP:REDACTED link you provided, " If you've accidentally posted to the wrong page or section or if you've simply changed your mind, it's been only a short while and no one has yet responded, you may remove your comment entirely," which was the case. I've never heard of a requirement to put an edit summary on a replaced comment indicating that it is a replacement, but do point me to the policy if there is one. Finally, I know those basic notability WP policies you quoted, from the 790 AfDs that I participated in before this one. @ThatMontrealIP: I know any further discussion's essentially a waste of time, but I didn't mean to go digging into your diffs, I just wrote the reply before you changed your comment (edit conflict) and then had to rewrite it so it made sense. Thanks for your help editing the George Floyd protests page! I noticed you were in favor of including the word "riot" in the first sentence of the lede. I just so happen to agree your sentiment. I wasn't sure if you wanted to start a consensus section for it. There only seem to be a few people arguing against that idea. Let me know and I might be able to help

There were no category about cultural Francization, bug have many historical examples of Francization of the Europe, of the countries colonized by Europeans such Canada, Australia, Brazil and United States, Eastern World, Arabian world and the African world

The International System of measures units aka Metric System is a example of Francization of the English speaking countries because the Metric System wasn’t originated in the United Kingdom, was originates in France.
