The Decleration of Principles

Hello. Unfortunately, I've had to delete the Decleration of Priciples of the Interstellar Alliance page you put up. This was for two reasons: it was unencyclopedic by itself, and (meeting our deletion criteria) was a violation of Warner Bros./JMS's copyright. If you want, you can create a page that talks about the decleration, its significance and impact inside and outside of Babylon 5, etc., but simply copying it is unnacceptable.
