File permission problem with File:Insception Lifebank Logo.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Insception Lifebank Logo.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 01:07, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Toronto30. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Insception Lifebank Cord Blood Program".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Insception Lifebank Cord Blood Program}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 21:11, 1 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Some suggestions

Did you see my earlier reply?

Glad to hear you're interested in learning how Wikipedia works. You've already been instructed on what to avoid, but haven't yet done so. I suggest working on grammar, layout, cleaning up stray test edits and vandalism. Please avoid any edits remotely like what you've done in the past. --Ronz (talk) 16:00, 11 April 2015 (UTC)

I'm no diplomat. I hope you can overlook my bluntness.

Read WP:COI and decide if you should follow it and to what extent.

Getting started provides a great deal of helpful information on editing Wikipedia in genera, The Missing Manual is more detailed.

Given your specific editing to date: I strongly suggest you read and follow WP:ORGNOT. It may just be an essay, but if you follow it you should avoid all the types of problems you've been running into.

I hope you find this helpful. --Ronz (talk) 15:52, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

When you're logged in, you'll see at the top of each Wikipedia page links to your userpage, this talk page, etc. The third link is "Sandbox", giving you a quick link to a page that you can use for test edits. --Ronz (talk) 23:14, 23 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Cinema of Canada. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. freshacconci talk to me 10:05, 10 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
