If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

Glad to hear you're interested in learning how Wikipedia works. You've already been instructed on what to avoid, but haven't yet done so. I'm no diplomat. I hope you can overlook my bluntness.
Read WP:COI and decide if you should follow it and to what extent.
Getting started provides a great deal of helpful information on editing Wikipedia in genera, The Missing Manual is more detailed.
Given your specific editing to date: I strongly suggest you read and follow WP:ORGNOT. It may just be an essay, but if you follow it you should avoid all the types of problems you've been running into.

When you're logged in, you'll see at the top of each Wikipedia page links to your userpage, this talk page, etc. The third link is "Sandbox", giving you a quick link to a page that you can use for test edits. --Ronz (talk) 23:14, 23 April 2015 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Cinema of Canada. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines.
