Please note that I've removed your edits to the above article, as they were not backed up by reliable sources. We require edits, especially those that may be considered contentious, to be backed up by references - these must be neutral, non-trivial references, in established newspapers, magazines or similar publications. I did a search for such articles using Google News, and found no references to this apparent legal action. If you have references that are able to back this up, I suggest you provide them on the article talk page prior to attempting to add this information into the article again, so they can be discussed.
