Please help me with... finding an article I started! I started writing an article several days ago. It wasn't in the sandbox ... it was begun the way Wikipedia shows, just by clicking on a red link. But it's vanished ... is there a way to find it? I thought that it would be in something called the UserSpace, but I tried clicking on my subpage and don't see it. (I do have it all in a word document, but I hate to have to go through all the formatting for citations again if I don't have to. Thank you.

- Looking through your contributions and logs, I don't see any indication that the page ever got saved back to Wikipedia servers. It's probably a user-interface gaffe for it to be this way, but nothing gets saved until you click on the "Publish" button. You are sure you were logged in on this account when you created it? — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 05:57, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
OK ... thanks. My mistake ... I thought that "publish changes" meant it was entirely ready for Wikipedia editors to review. It wasn't, and since "Show preview" showed what things looked like, I just kept using that. I'll try and put the whole thing together in a single sitting next time. Thanks for your help.
- No, they changed the name of the "save changes" button to "Publish" for some kind of legal reasons - once the page is saved on Wikipedia's servers, it can be viewed by anyone who knows where to look, hence "published", but it doesn't have any connotation of "please review my draft".
