I have noted your blanking of the page and appreciate your ire. However, although the wikipedia entry was sourced mainly from your original material (plus other unconnected sources) the original source was acknowledged as a reference and the wiki article was carefully re-worded so that it was not a direct lift from the original. Wiki copyright concerns usually limit themselves to block copy and paste of the original work. That much has to be debatable.
However, it would be a great shame for the memory of this fine body of men is denied a wider acknowledgment through their Wikipedia article due an amount of ire on your behalf. Are you able to suggest a compromise? Would you like to rewrite the entry yourself? Any other suggestions? 21st CENTURY GREENSTUFF 21:07, 4 February 2009 (UTC)

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.
Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Hi, I don't edit on Wikipedia much, and this is the first time I've uploaded a photo. The picture is my own which I took myself and I hold complete copyright on, which I am happy to be freely distributed via Wikipedia. I can't see how to add this information and would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction to tag it properly. I've looked and can't find a clear explanation of what I need to do - it took long enough to figure out how to post the image in the first place. Tizard99 (talk)

If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.
