Contribution to Talk:Cro-Magnon

I note that in your recent contribution to Talk:Cro-Magnon, you replaced the existing text with your own. While this is the appropriate way to edit an article, except in unusual circumstances, you should never change another contributor's contribution to a Talk page. You are free to respond to it, but you must leave it intact, neither deleting it nor changing it in any way, not even to fix typos. If you disagree with something, then you can either place your response directly below the material you dispute, with an indent to set it off, or you can start a new section on the Talk page. Also, you should sign all of your Talk page contributions by putting four tildes (~) in a row, without spaces, at the end. And one more note on Talk pages - never edit an archived page, as you just did at Talk:Race and ancient Egypt/Archive 10. These are supposed to be historical records of past discussions. If you have something to add, it should go on the current Talk page, with a reference back to the archived discussion, not on the Archive page (and again, don't remove the prior contributions of other editors).
